Central Business District Urban Renewal Plan

Working with Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and the Department of Planning, BDC sought and received City Council approval to consolidate five urban renewal plans into one plan to facilitate the implementation of the Central Business District master plan. BDC’s ongoing role includes assembling parcels in the block bounded by Calvert, Redwood, Lombard and Grant Streets for a future mixed-use development, including structured parking.This effort is led by the East Team.
