Charles North Urban Renewal Plan

Building on the concept of the Station North Arts and Entertainment District, BDC introduced into City Council an urban renewal amendment that would give BDC , -- acting for the City -- authority to acquire approximately 18 strategically located, highly visible properties along the Charles Street corridor. BDC will oversee the request for proposals (RFP) process, including working with stakeholders to prepare standards and controls, and the disposition process.This is a collaborative effort of our Planning / Design and East Teams.
