Rosemont Industrial Area
Similar to the successful redevelopment of the former Esskay plant in East Baltimore, the former Acme Foods distribution center will be redeveloped for industrial and/or flex space. The 9-acre blighted property is located in the Greater Rosemont neighborhood, a stable working class neighborhood. BDC estimates that the redevelopment could create up to 150 jobs.
