Baltimore’s BRAC Community Welcomes You to Westport! Westport Waterfront is Baltimore’s new BRAC Zone. Westport Waterfront is a proposed exciting, green, lifestyle community located along the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River in the City of Baltimore. The 50 acre site will include 4.8 million square feet of offices, retail, hotels and housing with easy access to MD-295, MD-2 and I-95. Westport Waterfront will be a transit-oriented development with a light rail station that provides access to MARC commuter rail and Hunt Valley to the north and BWI International Airport just eight miles to the south. A network of on-site multi-purpose trails will also connect to the site to the 15-mile long Gwynns Falls Trail and more than thirty City neighborhoods.
