Since 2002, the Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC) has worked on the revitalization of the 500-acre industrial area between the Camden Yards stadium complex and Interstate-95 in West Baltimore. Carroll Camden is accessible to BWI Airport, Washington DC, major highways, rail and public transportation. BDC has assisted in the redevelopment of the 1.3 million Montgomery Park center and is currently working to select a development partner for a major 11 acre redevelopment south of the M&T Bank Stadium.
